How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log-on to My Account
  2. Click Cancel next to the description of your box


  • Please provide us with some information on why you cancelled - it really helps our small business better understand what customers want.
  • You will receive an email confirmation. If you don't get the email, or are having difficulty, please email us, because it may not have worked.

If you want to skip a few weeks, because you're going away for example, we suggest setting a delivery schedule instead. Learn how to set a delivery schedule here:

IMPORTANT: It's not possible to possible to cancel a Sunday delivery after the cut-off (Wednesday midnight). For support with that, please email so we can manually assign your food to our charity partner.  Remember, you can email our customer service team before the weekly cut off for assistance.
