How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log-on to My Account
  2. Select Manage account
  3. Select Cancel subscription

Notes:

  • Please provide us with some information on why you cancelled - it really helps our small business better understand what customers want.
  • You will receive an email confirmation. If you don't get the email, or are having difficulty, please email us (best to be sure you've done it)

If you want to skip a few weeks, because you're going away for example, we suggest setting a delivery schedule instead. Learn how to set a delivery schedule here:  https://help.youplateit.com.au/article/54-how-do-i-skip-a-week

IMPORTANT: It's not possible to possible to cancel a Sunday delivery after the cut-off (Wednesday midnight). For support with that, please call/email so we can manually assign your food to our charity partner.  Remember, you can email or call us before the weekly cut off for assistance.
