How do I skip a week?

If you are going on holidays or don't want a delivery for any reason you can skip that week using the calendar in the My Account section. Any changes to your delivery schedule need to be made by the cut-off time which is Wednesday midnight.


  1. Log-on to My Account
  2. Where it says Delivery Schedule, click Edit
  3. Click the Sunday(s) you would like to skip – you will see the colour change from green to grey to indicate that no delivery will be made.
  4. Click Save to confirm changes
  5. Check your email for a confirmation that will detail your next delivery day
