Why are there multiple orders in the recent orders section?
The "Recent Orders" section of your dashboard can be confusing for first time users (if I'm being honest it can be confusing for experts too), but there is nothing to be worried about.
Every time you place a recipe selection the system will generate an "order". To avoid confusion, we use the most recently placed selection. This means, for example, you can place a recipe selection on Monday, speak to the rest of the family on Tuesday, and place another selection which will automatically replace your old selection.
If you've forgotten what you ordered, and want to be sure you will get the recipes you want: simply place a new selection, or check the most recently dated order for the delivery date your interested in.
Remember that recipe selection, and changes to your subscription (skipping or cancelling), need to be made by Wednesday midnight before the Sunday delivery.
This screen shot shows 2 recipe selections - one was the chef choice that is automatically made, and the other is the selection I made and received.
Our system also generates an order number for the box itself. This is to keep track of payments and so we know what size recipe to send.
