Store Credit

You Plate It offers the ability to earn store credit that can be redeemed against future purchases. Store credit can be earned by referring friends to You Plate It or may be added to your account by our customer service team.

Redeeming store credit

You don't need to do anything to redeem store credit, it will be automatically applied when you next make a purchase. Purchases can be an on-demand box, an extra such as a fruit box or a subscription renewal.

If your store credit balance is not enough to pay for your total purchase, your store credit will be applied to the order and then any remaining charge will be applied to your credit card.

Checking your store credit

You can view your store credit balance by clicking My Account and then Store Credit. On this page you will see your current balance and a history of any store credit you have earned or redeemed.
