When is the order cut-off?

Please make any changes to your plan—including selecting recipes, skipping weeks, or pausing—before midnight on Wednesday (WST).

Early on Thursday morning (definitely before you’re awake!), we confirm all orders and process payments so we can get straight to work packing your fresh ingredients.

Why is there an order cut-off? 

Because we are committed to minimising food waste and sourcing only what we need from our local WA suppliers, we require some lead time.
