How do I skip a week?

If you are going on holidays or don't want a delivery for any reason you can skip that week using the calendar in the Dashboard section. Any changes to your delivery schedule need to be made by the cut-off time which is Wednesday midnight.

Steps

  1. Log-on to the website and view the Dashboard
  • Near to where it details the plan you're on, click Pause

This activates a calendar...


  1. Click the Week(s) you would like to skip – you will see the colour change to grey and it will crossout the days to indicate that no delivery will be made.
  2. Click Save to confirm changes
  3. Check your email for a confirmation that will detail your next delivery day.

You obviously don't pay to skip weeks. But if you want to skip a large number of weeks, it is probably best to cancel instead. You can cancel by pressing the "cancel" button from the dashboard.
